Personalised practice and exercise programme Gift vouchers are available for all lessons Richards coaching philosophy is clear for all to see- "I believe the simpler we coach the quicker the pupil will improve. It is important to think of the golf swing as a simple movement, it is a group of good fundamentals combined with leverage and rotation to create good impact positions. My coaching philosophy is based on providing the pupil with these good fundamentals then working on their weaknesses within their leverage and rotation to help improve their impact positions and their ball striking. It is important that any pupil is not only able to understand what they need to improve, but also how, this involves fully understanding their faults and why we are changing them. In order to make these changes I then provide every pupil with a series of drills to help them learn the new skills needed. It is important for any pupil to remember that when making any change all the person is doing is learning a new skill, that is all, once this new skill is learnt it will then become a part of them and their golf game." - Richard Lambert
